“This new facility is great news for East Hartford, as well as Connecticut,” Rep. Jeff Currey said. “It will significantly expand the company’s research capabilities in the areas of intelligent systems, advanced materials and manufacturing, and revolutionary propulsion and power technologies.”
“This state-of-the art research and development center will be home to many of the brightest scientists and engineers in the world, driving innovation to make air travel safer, more reliable and more efficient,” said David Parekh, vice president, Research, and director, UTRC.
