Illegal dirt bike riders are a dangerous fact of life in many cities. Rep. Dillon filed legislation late last year and now a bill to increase the financial penalties on riders is being heard by the legislature’s Judiciary Committee.

Riding dirt bikes on city streets is dangerous…for residents and riders. A 20 year old young man died over the weekend in Plainfield after crashing his dirt bike into a parked car.
