REP. JOHNSON TO STATE UTILITY REGULATORS:
CL&P HAS LEFT WINDHAM IN THE DARK

State Representative Susan Johnson has called on the state Public Utilities Regulatory Authority to review the storm response of Connecticut Light and Power in the wake of Hurricane Irene.

As of Friday afternoon, much of Windham was still without power.
