Governor Dannel P. Malloy held a ceremony at the offices of Connecticut Sexual Assault Crisis Services, Inc. (CONNSACS) in East Hartford to commemorate the adoption of a new law (Public Act 14-11) that strengthens sexual assault prevention and response procedures at institutions of higher learning in Connecticut. The Governor was joined by Lt. Governor Nancy Wyman and State Representative Susan Johnson (D- Windham), the House Chair of the Public Health Committee.
