REP. WALKER URGES PARTICIPATION
IN CT-MOM FREE DENTAL CARE DAYS

State Representative Toni Walker urges constituents lacking dental coverage to participate in CT Mission of Mercy (CT-MOM) free dental care days in New Haven Citywide Field House located at 480 Sherman Parkway on April 17th and 18th. The CT-MOM carries out its mission in collaboration with the Connecticut State Dental Association and Connecticut Foundation for Dental Outreach.

"This event will highlight the need we have for these services and the fact that many go without dental care for lack of resources," Rep. Walker said. "I thank the Connecticut State Dental Association and the CT Foundation for Dental Outreach for their efforts to provide this indispensible care."

At a similar event held last year in Tolland, $500,000 worth of free dental care and medications were provided for 1,200 citizens needing care. The goal for the event in New Haven is to provide free dental care to 2,000 patients.

Representative Walker represents New Haven's 93rd Assembly District in New Haven.
