REP. WALKER NAMED TO LEADERSHIP CIRCLE AT CLIFFORD BEERS CLINIC

Representative Toni Walker has been invited to become a member of the Clifford Beers Clinic's Honorary Leadership Circle.

"Statistics show a child is abused in Connecticut every 41 minutes," Rep. Walker said. "The services available at Clifford Beers help children in crisis heal."

The clinic is nationally recognized for its treatment of children who have been abused or neglected.

For almost 100 years the Clifford Beers Clinic in New Haven has provided children and families with mental health services.
