The Municipal Efficiencies Sub-Committee has been formed to bring together multiple stakeholders to work together to identify new efficiencies and more effective methods of delivering municipal government services. The working group will identify and analyze effective measures, while bringing perspectives on positive initiatives from their own municipalities, regional groups or professional fields. They will work together to identify new initiatives and those that have worked in other states. It will look at mandates that burden municipalities and have already initiated a working group to better utilize new technologies. The group will form a list of new recommendations that will be utilized in a 2016 legislative package.
