State Representative Juan Candelaria, Chair of the Black and Puerto Rican Caucus (B&PRC), today announced the group will hold an open hearing that will allow members of the public to present their ideas and priorities to lawmakers.
Members of the public are encouraged to attend. Registration will take place prior to the start of the meeting.
Rep. Candelaria noted this hearing would give lawmakers and the caucus an opportunity to decide which proposals will become part of their 2014 legislative priorities.

TIME: Registration for members of the public will start at 3:30 p.m.
Hearing will run from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
