We live in a state where almost one out of every three criminal court cases involves domestic violence. We must continue to shout from the rooftops that violence against women is unacceptable.
While violence against women is a global problem, its impact is keenly felt in Connecticut. Last year the Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence served more than 57,000 victims.
