STATE SENATE INCREASES FINES FOR ILLEGAL DIRT BIKE,
ATV RIDERS IN NEW HAVEN

The NH Register wrote about the state Senate’s action on Rep. Pat Dillon’s bill to crack down on illegal dirt bike riders.

"Illegal dirt bike riding has become more than a nuisance in New Haven," said Senator Martin Looney in a statement. "These riders create unsafe conditions for pedestrians and motorists and decrease the quality of life for residents. While this bill may not solve the entire problem of illegal dirt bike riding, it is a significant step in that direction. I want to thank Rep. Pat Dillon for her hard work on this issue."
