Representative Patricia Dillon joined an enthusiastic group making puppets for Westville Village's annual Giant Puppet Parade.
“This event is part of what makes New Haven special,” Rep. Dillon said. “The Giant Puppet Parade fosters community and volunteerism. It is an all-around positive event for families providing hands on learning for kids – And it's fun.”

The parade is scheduled for 11 a.m., Oct 26th. Participants gather outside Manjares (838 Whalley Ave, New Haven), and march through the neighborhood to CitySeed Edgewood Farmers’ Market for a huge outdoor party.
