I was happy to join AIDS CT as they held their 2nd annual HIV/AIDS Legislative Breakfast at their Connections drop in center on Albany Avenue. "AIDS is still a crisis in CT and in the City of Hartford. We need to continue to be vigilant with HIV prevention education, and, housing and care for those living with the disease.", said Shawn Lang, Director of Public Policy with AIDS CT.
