Representative Christopher Rosario (D-Bridgeport) is pleased to announce a bill that contains a provision he authored to strengthen anti-blight efforts has passed the House of Representatives.
“I am pleased yet another measure has passed the House that will help with the anti-blight efforts across the state. This is another step forward for cities like Bridgeport that suffer from many blighted and abandoned properties and properties in violation of blight laws,” Rep. Rosario said. “I look forward to seeing this bill pass the Senate and ultimately get signed by Governor Malloy.”
The bill moves on to the State Senate for consideration.
Rep. Rosario represents the 128th Assembly District and serves on the Appropriations, Energy and Technology and Transportation Committees. He also serves on the Transportation, Human Services and Judicial and Corrections Appropriations Subcommittees.
