Rep. Bobby Sanchez of New Britian discusses the benefits of the In-State Tuition Bill during the debate in the House. The bill would grant in-state tuition to undocumented Connecticut high school students who have been accepted to in-state colleges. The bill went on to pass in the House later that evening.
